The curves of the serpentine front of the hutch, in conjunction with the arched and scrolled bonnet, make this piece a unique example of the highest level of craftsmanship. The top features four carved etched glass doors faced with dramatic curved designs and 3/8″ glass shelves behind, illuminated by three interior halogen lights. The finish is a rich and warm pomegranate shade that has both depth and clarity which allows the natural beauty of the wood graining to shine through. Burnished edges, hand rubbed fronts and machine rubbed tops provide a satiny glow that enriches the Old World feel of this collection.
The fully housed bonnet construction of the hutch provides a totally finished look when seen from above. The buffet has a finished top with fancy face veneer treatment making it a perfect stand-alone piece. The bedroom frame mirror can be used over this buffet for a more casual look if the hutch is not desired. The top drawer has a velvet lined silverware tray. There is one adjustable shelf behind the doors at each end, and three drawers are placed within the center swell.
